Volunteering is an excellent way to support your local community and contribute to making a positive difference to people's lives. Our services simply could not operate without our fabulous volunteers. We are looking for:

 

Day Centre assistants: If you are a people person, enjoy a chat, playing card games, serving refreshments and making others feel welcome, we would love to hear from you

 

Minibus escorts: some of our guests need help and support moving from their home to the minibus in the morning and returning them safely in the afternoon

 

Cooks & kitchen support: If you could help with preparing and serving food for our lunch times it would make all the difference

 

Hospital Transport Service: we need drivers who will use their own car to pick up and take people where they need to go then returning to their home afterwards. All expenses are covered. We are also looking for administrators to coordinate the telephone requests for transport
